What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email, organization, interests, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage event participation, and share updates only where you opt in.
Your choices
Consent to updates is optional. You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent through our contact form. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent necessary replies to an inquiry or event registration.
Service providers and security
When configured, our website uses Supabase for secure data storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information to operate the site. We limit staff access and do not sell your personal information.
Retention and cookies
We retain information only as needed for the purpose it was collected and applicable legal obligations. Staff login uses essential authentication cookies. No advertising cookies are required for public browsing.
